Why doesn't one login link work for everyone?

MMV is a white-label platform — each management company gets their own branded portal at a unique URL. This keeps your crew, vessels, and data completely separate and secure from other organisations.

Management company portals
Each company gets a dedicated URL — e.g. acmeyachts.managemyvessel.com. All staff and crew for that company log in through that unique address.

Login details sent via email
Your welcome email — sent when your account was created — contains your portal URL and initial login credentials. Check your inbox and spam folder.

Your data stays private
Because each portal is isolated, your vessels, crew records, and payroll data are only accessible to authorised users within your organisation.
