Vessel Mandatory Documents

Set configurable lead-time alerts (90, 60, and 30 days) so the fleet manager and DPA are notified well before expiry. Verification workflows require sign-off before a document is marked complete. Every vessel in your fleet inherits the same requirements automatically.

Crew Mandatory Documents

Specify required STCW certificates, MLC-related documents, and position-specific credentials for every crew role in your fleet. Apply nationality-based requirements where flag state or trading area rules demand them. Flag which documents must be in place before a crew member is permitted to sign on. Requirements link directly to your safe manning certificate so gaps are immediately visible.

Forms & Templates

Safety Management

Set the ISM type for each vessel — Full ISM for commercial and SOLAS vessels, Mini ISM for private or non-SOLAS operations, or No ISM for small craft. This determines the SMS manual structure, safety document categories, and ISM element mapping that appears throughout the vessel portal. DPA assignment and safety officer roles are configured at this level.
